Idaho Democratic Party Organizational Diagrams
The organization of all political parties in Idaho is regulated by Idaho Statute Title 34. It dictates their organizational structure, how members are qualified, elected, and how authorities are established. In Idaho, all political power starts with the voter, who then elects their Precinct Committeeperson. These Committeepersons are then members of both their County Central Committee and their Legislative District Committees. Within each of those individual central committees, officers are elected. Many of those officers then become members of the State Central Committee where again they elect leaders for that stage. Once leadership has been elected by these representatives of the voter (remember them?) they then have the authority to act in their individual realms of responsibility to coordinate and lead the Party's campaigns for the local school board, city/county councils, state legislative offices, statewide, and even federal offices.

Flow of Party Leadership
Once the leadership of the Party is established and authorized the process flips upside-down. Now their roles become ones of organization, leadership. and vision. Authority comes from the bottom to create our Party leadership, who then take on leadership roles to organize and focus our combined energies and talents to get candidates elected who can help craft laws and create state and local policies and resources that will help make Idaho a better place for us and our posterity. Here is a diagram of that Leadership flow which always comes from the top back to those voters.
